Yes. Light hard water spot removal is included in every window cleaning. Hard water spots are mineral deposits left by sprinklers and rain. If the spots are heavy, the glass needs window restoration, which we do not offer, and we refer you to a window restoration specialist.

Light rain is fine and we can still do the job. If heavy rain is coming, we reschedule.
